Rich Editor (RE) is a browser-based online WYSIWYG html editor. Rich Editor (RE) is a browser-based online WYSIWYG html editor, cross-browser and cross-platform (works in MSIE5.0 for Windows and Netscape7.1/Mozilla1.4 ). You can use it to create and edit your HTML pages without any knowledge of HTML. Generates common HTML or well formed XHTML 1.0. Some parts of your documents could be marked as editable, the rest of the documents could not be changed by users. Useful eg to prevent modifying page layout.
